Launched from zero. Full 360° execution, store, Meta Ads, UGC content, email flows.
Your store runs on Salla or Zid. Your growth should not run on a retainer.
Salla and Zid power a large share of Saudi ecommerce. BIMO grows Salla and Zid stores with Arabic-first ads on Snapchat, TikTok and Meta, retention and operations, and is paid from a share of the profit, not a monthly fee.

The platform is the smallest line of the bill.
The two Saudi platforms are growing fast. StoreLeads counted Zid up 43.6% quarter on quarter in Q3 2026, with 89.9% of its stores in Saudi Arabia, and Salla runs from a free Basic plan to SAR 2,990 a year for Pro. Both plug into the local payment and shipping rails that Saudi buyers expect.
But the subscription is the smallest part of the bill. The share of orders on mada, the fees on Tabby and Tamara and the refusal rate on cash on delivery move contribution per order far more than SAR 990 a year. An agency paid a retainer or a share of ad spend has no reason to look at any of them.
We grow Salla and Zid stores the way we grow our own brands: Saudi-dialect creative for Snapchat, which reaches 25.3 million people in the Kingdom, and for TikTok, catalogue ads on the full range, BNPL at checkout, COD confirmation and a calendar built around Ramadan, Saudi National Day and White Friday. We keep you on your platform unless the numbers say otherwise.
What we see on the ground.
Zid growth quarter on quarter in Q3 2026 (StoreLeads), with 89.9% of its stores in Saudi Arabia.
Salla Plus per year: the platform fee is rarely what decides your margin.
ZATCA phase two e-invoicing for stores above SAR 187,500 of taxable revenue in any year from 2022 to 2025.
A classic marketing agency vs the BIMO Growth Partner.
Same channels, same deliverables. A different way of getting paid, and so a different way of making decisions.
| Criteria | Classic marketing agency | BIMO Growth Partner |
|---|---|---|
| How you pay | A fixed monthly retainer, often with a setup fee and a percentage of your ad spend on top. | No retainer, no setup fee, no hourly billing. A share of the profit plus a minority equity stake, set after the audit. |
| A flat month | You pay the full retainer whether sales moved or not. | Our pay comes out of the profit. No profit, nothing to share. |
| What the fee rewards | Retaining the account. Fees based on ad spend grow when you spend more, not when you earn more. | Your profit, because that is the only place our pay comes from. Wasted spend costs us too. |
| Scope | Usually one channel or a menu of services, each priced separately. | Everything, 360°: strategy, Shopify, Meta, TikTok and Google Ads, UGC and content, Klaviyo, SEO, logistics and reporting. |
| Who does the work | Depends on the agency. Often an account manager coordinating a shared team across many clients. | BIMO's own team, the operators who also run the 16 brands of our Venture Studio. |
| Who they take on | Any brand that signs the contract. | A limited number of partners per year, after an audit of your numbers. We only commit where we can win. |
Your agency gets paid every month. We only get paid when you make money.
Same channels, same deliverables. The difference is who carries the risk.
- Your agency is paid in a flat month. We are not. If the profit does not come, our share is zero.
- Your agency earns more when you spend more. We earn more when you keep more. Every dirham or riyal of wasted spend comes out of our pay too.
- Your agency sells you hours. We bring the operators who run 16 brands of our own. The same team, the same playbooks, on your P&L.
- Your agency can walk away with 30 days' notice. We become shareholders in your brand. A minority equity stake means we are in it for the long run.
- Your agency takes every client who signs. We only commit after auditing your numbers. If we cannot win, we tell you before you pay anything.

Do you work with Salla and Zid stores, or only Shopify?
Both platforms. We do not move a store to Shopify for the sake of it: for a Gulf-focused brand, Salla and Zid cover payments, shipping and apps, and Salla alone publishes 900+ integrations and 200+ shipping partners.
Should a Saudi brand switch from Salla or Zid to Shopify?
Usually not for a Saudi-first brand. Shopify Payments is not available in Saudi Arabia, so Saudi merchants on Shopify connect a third party gateway and pay Shopify's third party fee, 2% on Basic. Shopify becomes the stronger option when the growth plan is Europe or the United States.
Does the ZATCA e-invoicing deadline concern our store?
If your VAT taxable revenue exceeded SAR 187,500 in any year from 2022 to 2025, you must integrate with the Fatoora platform from 1 February 2027. On Salla and Zid, Arabic invoicing and compliance are platform features; we check it as part of the audit.
Is BIMO a marketing agency?
Not in the classic sense. We do everything a full-service ecommerce marketing agency does, and more (operations, logistics, retention), but we are paid like a partner: a share of the profit and a minority equity stake instead of a retainer.
How does BIMO get paid without a retainer?
Two ways: an agreed percentage of the profit and a minority equity stake. There is no monthly fee, no setup fee and no hourly billing. Both terms are defined after the audit of your numbers.
What percentage of the profit do you take?
There is no fixed grid. The percentage is set brand by brand after the audit, depending on the work involved, the risk and the stage of the business.
Is it more expensive than an agency?
There is no fixed cost at all: no retainer, no setup fee, no hours. You never pay for a month that did not make money. When it works, our share grows with your profit, and that is the point: we only win when you win.
Who is the Growth Partner program for?
